Presidential Fellow

Working out of the Office of the President, Presidential Fellows will gain valuable leadership and professional develop experience, work with university senior leadership, provide insight and perspective to help shape the student and alumni experiences, and complete diverse project-based work with constituencies across the university. This program includes a full-time paid position, June 1, 2025, through May 31, 2026, for recent graduates (May 2024, December 2024 or May 2025) of Belmont who were actively involved in Belmont community while a student. This program is especially valuable for young alumni pursuing careers in higher education, advancement, non-profit leadership and/or public service.
Primary position responsibilities:
Meet with the Presidential Fellows supervisor on a regular basis to track progress and gain mentorship. Regularly contribute insights and imagination to strengthen the Belmont community.Work on strategic projects with various campus leaders to help advance the mission of the university,Work with various departments to develop engagement opportunities that support a seamless and celebratory student to alumni transition. Support institutional operations and aspirations by participating on committees and assisting institutional initiatives. Assist the President and First Lady with logistics and coordination of events and activities.Work with Belmont's Executive and Senior Leadership teams as appropriate.
