This role offers the opportunity to lead a successful and growing organization with $45 million in annual revenue across four branches located in Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon and Abbotsford.

ResponsibilitiesProvide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the entire organization.Oversee and support branch managers across Calgary, Edmonton, and Abbotsford to ensure operational excellence and revenue growth.Drive business development initiatives, focusing on expanding market presence and profitability.Implement strategies to optimize performance and operational efficiency across all branches.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Ensure financial health of the company through effective budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnerships.QualificationsProven leadership experience in a senior executive role, preferably within the concrete restoration or bridge deck industry.Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and operational success.Experience overseeing multiple branches or regional operations.Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams toward achieving business goals.
