Job Summary: 

As a Presentation Specialist within the Global Corporate Finance Operations (GCFO) team, you will provide dedicated and responsive services to ensure corporate documents are consistent with J.P. Morgan format. You will work closely with our offshore colleagues in India and other global members, ensuring a high standard of quality and consistency. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a focus on professional growth and learning.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat Knowledge and strength in creating charts and tables, and working with Excel formulas Excellent typing and proofreading skills with accuracy and attention to detail Verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English The requirement for Japanese language skills is N1 certification from the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test. It is a requirement to reside in Japan. Sense of punctuality and high ethics Committed in approach and flexible attitude towards working hours/schedule Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking ability Patience, perseverance and willingness to work under time pressure and a fast-paced environment in a professional manner
