Description We are seeking a Presentation Specialist for EST-based remote freelance support. This role involves creating, enhancing, and maintaining presentation materials that effectively communicate complex ideas in a visually compelling manner. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams, ensuring alignment with our branding guidelines and keeping abreast of the latest design trends and best practices. Responsibilities: • Transform complex and technical information into clear, visually engaging graphics and infographics. • Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and senior leadership to update and enhance presentation decks and slides. • Establish and uphold a consistent visual identity across all presentation materials, in line with our branding guidelines. • Revise and enrich existing presentations, integrating feedback to make content more captivating. • Stay informed about design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver presentations at the cutting edge of design. • Contribute to maintaining an orderly library of templates, icons, images, and other design assets. • Offer advice on presentation design best practices to internal teams. Requirements • Proficiency in Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating previous work • Experienced in creating compelling Presentation Decks • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to interpret complex concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand visuals • Strong proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite • Detail-oriented with an eye for aesthetics and design layouts • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines • Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and branding • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams • Willingness to accept feedback and make necessary changes • Proactive in staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies • Formal education in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
