We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with children and want to
grow their skills in early childhood education, child development, education, psychology,
physical therapy, athletics or coaching. We are the country’s most popular youth baseball
program for children ages 2 to 6 and offer classes year-round.
Who We’re Looking For:
Our ideal candidate:
Has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, campcounselor, or leader). Is passionate about helping kids grow through fun and engaging activities. Wants to gain real-world experience in a supportive and dynamic environment. You’ll be given access to prewritten lesson plans and instructional videos so you can focus on what truly matters: building kids’ social skills, teaching them fundamentals, and having a blast!
Perks of Being a Coach Intern:
Work 10–15 hours per week. Earn competitive pay ranging from $25–$35 per session after completing on-fieldtraining. Gain experience in a structured coaching environment with regular feedback and
training. Access ongoing professional development through our Little Rookies Coaching
Manual.
