Job Details: Prep all sauces and sides. Assist Pit Master with BBQ prep. Perform opening setup and cleaning tasks as necessary. I deal with candidates who will possess the ability to follow directions, the ability to complete tasks on time, and an eagerness to be part of a team. Hours are typically from 8 am to 4 pm, but may begin earlier or end later dependent upon business.
