Prep Cook-Singing Hills Resort, 3007 Dehesa Road, El Cajon, California, United States of America Req #14844 Wednesday, January 8, 2025 Job Purpose: Under the direction of the designated venue Chef/Sous Chefs, the Prep Cook assists in prepping and cooking the ingredients for all F&B operations which includes the Red Tail Grill & Bar, On Course services, and Banquets at Singing Hills Golf Club under the Food & Beverage/Culinary Management; maintains all food, equipment and kitchens to set health codes and casino/club standards; maintains positive, team oriented and accommodating attitude toward guests (internal as well as external), fellow team members and management, at all times. Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time) + Completing all tasks, in order, on the prep list from the head chef/sous chefs and/or other kitchen management + Provides kitchen with all food products including and not limited to sauces, par cooking food, chopping, washing, seasoning, plating/boxing and maintains a safe and sanitary cooking area. + Labeling and stocking all ingredients. + Maintains clean and orderly walk in and storage areas. + Maintains a safe and sanitary kitchen + Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
