Premium Audit Coordinator
The Premium Audit Coordinator will support the Premium Audit team by organizing, monitoring and controlling workflow to internal and external auditors; and serving as a key information and customer service contact. The Premium Audit Coordinator is involved in all stages of the premium audit function and is directly linked to its success, supporting the team goals of conducting accurate and timely premium audits, maximizing financial results and retaining profitable business.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Assist manager in planning and organizing the unit workflow, projects and objectives daily.

2. Assist manager with the implementation of premium audit processes and procedures.

3. Manage audit exception reports to ensure audits are assigned and completed timely and identify system issues preventing audit uploads.

4. Support the assignment of mail, phone and field audits in the policy administration system as needed.

5. Create and distribute audit templates to be used by company auditors when completing audits written through a fronting company arrangement.

6. Ensure policies issued through fronting company are audited and completed audit template is submitted to fronting company for processing timely. Once processed by fronting company, ensure premium results are recorded in company's accounting records.

7. Assist in collection of payroll information needed to complete phone and mail audits with an objective to increase the number of productive audits.

8. Coordinate the upload and/or distribution of audit wage to appropriate auditor.

9. Serve as a liaison between various service areas, agents and insureds responding to requests for audit worksheets and/or inquiries regarding audit results.

10. Coordinate audit disputes, entailing collecting rationale for disagreement with the audit and working with the Premium Audit Manager and assigned auditor to resolve the matter timely. Document insured's concerns and all subsequent action taken by the department.
