What a Precision Overmold Equipment Associate Engineer does in HP:

The Precision Overmold Work Center is looking for suitable candidates for the Associate Engineer position.

As part of the engineering team, the Associate Engineer (AE) will work closely with the Singapore Precision Overmold engineers, technical support, and stakeholders to ramp up POM in Singapore.He will hold the primary role in the following areas;Equipment owner: Tape mount, Laser scribe, Panel clean.Backup role: SAW, Flash trim, and Overmold.

Individuals who will do well in this role in HP, usually possess:

Agile mindset. The individual understands that new product launches will be dynamic and subject to changes. The individual is willing to respond to changes quickly.Independent, responsive, and has good communication skills.Diploma in engineering or related discipline, preferably with three years of working experience.Ability to interpret and apply statistical process control/design of experiment.Understand equipment operations.Ability to analyze the 2D layout and 3D CAD technical drawings. Familiar with mechanical designs.Knowledge in troubleshooting process problems through systematic problem solving.
