 We have\nan opportunity for a Pre Sales Engineer. To\nbe successful in this role, you will have to provide\npre-sales technical support to customers and assist in the sale of all\nHoneywell Safety and Productivity Solutions products and services to meet\ncustomer. requirements

Key ResponsibilitiesEngage in customer-facing activitiesUse\n broad subject matter expertise to influence customers toward Honeywell\n solutions. 
Provide\n both external and internal consultations and will help Honeywell teams\n develop and maintain the right product messaging, customer support and\n training.Continually\n stay informed and educated with all knowledge-based skills required to\n present, explain and implement Honeywell SPS products & solutions.Foster\n cross-functional alignment to customer needs. Participate\n in pursuit strategy planning and customer negotiations.Full\n project management responsibility for preparing & presenting necessary\n technical demonstrations / pilot installations with all associated\n collateral and documentation, will also recommend best fit product &\n solution.Consult\n prospective users on product capabilityProvide\n valuable input for product development.Take\n leadership in internal and external initiatives to help grow the business.Develop\n training plans in alignment with the Pre-Sales Leader, to ensure that all\n assigned partners have the right knowledge to propose and support the\n Honeywell portfolio at and acquire skills at Honeywell standards. Have a\n stewardship approach when customers report technical issues.
Act as\n escalation gateway to Engineering for Technical Support, Product Change\n Requests and Engineering Work Requests.Develop\n and maintain strong relationships with the technical teams at customers\n and partners, always positioning the company in a competitive and market\n leading manner, positively influencing sales revenue for the assigned\n region, while supporting resolution of customer technical issues. Grow\n relationships by becoming a trusted advisor.Continually\n build knowledge on competitor products and services and be able to outline\n the advantages and disadvantages of Honeywell against the competition.Continually\n capture and update the CRM system with Customer Visits, Training Events,\n Marketing Events, Technical Profile and Projects for opportunities created\n by the Sales organization.You Must Have3+ years AIDC industry experienceGraduate majoring in ICT/Computer Science/Electronic\nEngineering
