Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and subrogation analysts.Conduct thorough investigations to determine causation, damages, and the extent of injuries.Review case files proactively and efficiently to ensure progress and meet deadlines.Prepare medical chronologies, expense itemizations, and demand packages.Handle personal injury claims from beginning to end, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction throughout the process.

Position Requirements:

2+ years of experience in personal injury preferred.Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid subrogation and private insurance subrogation, including compliance with regulations.Familiarity with pre-litigation case processes and the ability to work independently.Proficiency with Microsoft Word and legal software.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
