Directs the overall operations of the assigned physician practices, including financial and personnel management, and provides physician support. Participates in strategic planning and policy development. Exercises independent judgment and discretion and, within agreed upon limitations, makes administrative decisions and takes action based on knowledge of the organization, its policies, procedures, and personnel.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related functional area Or equivalent education/experience. 5 years of experience in a leadership/management capacity.Preferred qualifications:
