Become a part of our success story and experience firsthand why we're consistently voted the best place to work.  Job Summary: The Practice Coordinator Co-Lead, will be responsible for overseeing a team of Practice Coordinators (PCs), ensuring the team's success through coaching, support, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role is a blend of individual and team-focused responsibilities, with a focus on driving team performance, professional development, and fostering a positive and productive environment. This individual will work closely with their team, other leadership members, and management to implement policies, address service issues, and contribute to the company's overall success. Responsibilities: Team Check-in and Support: + Regularly check in with PCs to provide guidance, support and address team needs. + Assist PCs in professional development, goal setting and skill enhancement. + Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported. + Provide training and guidance to new teammates during their transition into the team. + Address urgent issues or “fires” daily, solving problems and supporting service recovery as needed. + Maintain awareness of team members’ PTO and assist in coordinating coverage for a smooth workflow. + Communicate time off plans effectively with the team. Project Management: + Contribute to and lead project work as applicable, ensuring timely completion and alignment with team goals. Coaching and Development: + Provide ongoing support and coaching to PCs. + Develop initiatives to continuously improve team performance. + Lead pilot initiatives for new or updated processes. + Track individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback during 1:1 meetings. + Address and performance concerns and develop plans for improvement. + Assist in preparing for and conducting annual performance reviews for PC team members. + Hold yourself and team members accountable for performance, taking initiative in addressing difficult conversations when necessary. Time Allocation: + 60% of the role will be focused on individual work, including performance tracking, 1:1 meetings and project work. + 40% will focus on leadership and team responsibilities, such as coaching, coverage planning and process improvements. Team Reporting Structure: + 50% of the PC team will report directly to this role, requiring leadership, guidance and performance management. Qualifications: + Proven experience in customer service or team leadership role. + Strong understanding of Bloom’s values, policies and procedures. + Previous experience in a coaching or mentoring role preferred. + Ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks effectively. The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. The pay range for this role in the state of Colorado typically falls between $60,000 and $69,000 annually with the potential for performance-based bonuses and other benefits.
