Practicante de nominas (Queretaro) Requisition ID: 42266 Job Location(s): Queretaro, MX **Job Description** **Job Purpose** We are looking for a **Payroll Intern** to support our payroll operations by assisting in the processing and administration of employee payrolls. This role will provide hands-on experience in payroll systems, compliance, and reporting, making it an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates seeking to develop their careers in Human Resources and Payroll. **Key Responsibilities** + Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations. + Support payroll data entry, including time and attendance records, employee changes, and deductions. + Help in reconciling payroll accounts and resolving discrepancies. + Assist in generating payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders. + Ensure proper documentation and filing of payroll records. + Support payroll compliance audits and contribute to maintaining accurate payroll data. + Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations. + Provide general administrative support to the payroll team. **Qualifications and Skills** + Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in **Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field** . + Basic understanding of payroll processes, labor laws, and taxation is a plus. + Strong attention to detail and numerical skills. + Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with payroll software (experience with SAP, Workday, or similar systems is an advantage). + Strong communication and organizational skills. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
