•Handle the hot issues / customer escalation issues, quick response, communication with supplier and cross function team,  able to communication with customer •Lead the supplier meeting, work with CPE/ME/SDE and supplier for problem solving, push supplier root cause / improvements / risk assessment if supplier issue•Summary the lesson learnt and look across supplier to supplier •Review the supplier score card and work with TPS supplier for QIP improvements, response for Monthly TPS supplier day, review the supplier quality data and report, driving supplier improvements  •To plan and conduct the mechanical supplier annual audit, driving the action complete •Response for supplier cost recovery, collaborate with category team to take cost recovery back from supplier •Participant plant level quality meeting reporting supplier cases•Mechanical supplier tooling management / cleanliness monitoring •Guiding and training SQEA for data collection, train SQEA product and supplier process knowledge, risk assessment, containment implementation, internal process, customer communication, product audit collection etc. •Special Assignment by SQE Manager, Support Manager and team leader for special task
