**OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:** The PPT Officer manages business development efforts and profitability of existing contracted accounts within the prescribed territory. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** + The incumbent oversees pay-per-treatment accounts, their profitability, adherence to contract stipulations, and service levels + Work with the Sales team in terms of managing the AR for PPT accounts + The role will lead business development efforts, opportunity seeking, development of new PPT or contracted accounts **QUALIFICATIONS:** + With a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant sales management experience preferably in the medical device, diagnostics, and/or healthcare industry. + The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be familiar with the tools and skills required for communication and peer education. + The candidate should have excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills + With distributor management experience preferred. + With a solid track record of people/team management and the ability to cultivate winning sales capabilities. **Fresenius Medical Care** is the world’s leading provider of dialysis products and services.
