Job Title: Planner Scheduler--- Bennettsville, SC
Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Industrial Planner for on-going maintenance role in Bennettsville, SC.
Serve as a project planner and technical resource for developing job plans, inputting project data, maintaining current tracking data, and assisting Project team with other facets of a major Capital project.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and update detailed project and equipment planning data on Microsoft Project or Excel. Keep detailed project cost tracking for labor, materials, subcontractors, etc. Assist in investigating equipment failures and resolve issues. Stand-in for departmental vacancies. Perform other duties as assigned.Experience:
Ability to plan and update outage schedules on MS Project or Excel Micro Project, Excel and Word experience Strong communication skills oral, written and listening Able to communicate with others in a professional, concise manner Strong analytical problem solving skills Knowledge of various mechanical systemsQualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on scheduling of projects
Knowledge of critical path method of scheduling Strong written and oral communication skillsPhysical Requirements/Job Site Requirements:
Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSign May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds Must posses enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas Must have full range of motion consistent with age Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces Safety/Steel toe shoes are required.
