Mission:
We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist with a strong background in lead generation to manage multiple clients specifically in the home services industry. Experience with roofing clients is a major bonus. The bottom line function for this position is to drive measurable results for our clients to help them grow.
What you'll be doing:
+ You will be a Google Ads Ninja that loves data and loves creating winning strategies.
+ You'll have immense data at your fingertips to take our current campaigns that perform very well and turn them into something incredible.
+ This role is for people who already consider themselves very well versed in the PPC world. At JobNimbus Marketing, PPC is the initial strategy that drives leads into the door for our contractor clients so having a strategy in place that starts fast and can drive results from the start.
+ Ultimate ownership & delegation
+ Challenges come up and we need someone that can meet those challenges head on, tackle them, and find the solutions. This means meeting deadlines, finding performance solutions, learning skill gaps as needed, and generally taking care of business.
+ You'll data driven and having experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager are a plus.
+ If you are interesting in quantifying everything, learning to think in numbers and be open to picking up new tools this is the right job for you.
+ Bonus: Worked on Accounts in the Roofing/Construction Industry

+ 2+ years as a high-level specialist within Google Ads, Bing Ads, Youtube Ads, or other advertising platforms focused on generating leads.
+ Able to problem-solve performance issues across keyword/audience targeting, ad copy, landing pages, and other points for more conversions.
+ Able to identify opportunities by analyzing data and analytics.
+ A strong communicator that is able to build trust, understanding, and "buy-in" from clients and stakeholders.
+ We want to create the best methods for doing things efficiently and always look for ways to improve further - we want to be #1 in the industry for digital marketing.
+ Creating thoughtful strategies and tactics is what sets us apart from other generalist agencies and keeps us excited every single day.
