To deliver the best customer experience, RISE works exclusively with technical services company Pathfinders, through which we maintain our benchmark average of 1.8 weeks installation time for business clients. Together, we operate GetaFIX, the biggest Internet eXchange in the Philippines that helps the efficiency of content and connectivity in the country. We also operate Open Access Network, a Fiber as a Service offering that helps reduce complexity for developers and telecommunication companies while increasing customer satisfaction.

The PPC Specialist is responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing pay-per-click advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with a strong focus on Google Ads. This role ensures the delivery of high-performing ad campaigns that meet business objectives, particularly in B2B markets, while providing actionable insights based on performance data. The Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance content and campaign effectiveness.Duties and responsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive PPC strategies to achieve business goals, with a focus on B2B audiences.Execute campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with an emphasis on Google Ads for lead generation and conversions.Conduct thorough keyword research and audience segmentation tailored to B2B campaigns.Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve effectiveness.Identify trends and areas of improvement in ongoing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and CPA.Provide actionable insights and recommendations for content and campaign improvements based on data analysis.Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.Work closely with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages optimized for B2B audiences.Align PPC strategies with broader marketing and content initiatives for a cohesive approach.Stay updated on the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in PPC advertising.Ensure campaigns comply with advertising policies across all platforms.
QualificationsProven experience managing PPC campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads.Demonstrated success in running B2B campaigns and driving measurable results.Proficiency in campaign management tools, including Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.Ability to create high-performing ad copies and landing pages in collaboration with content teams.Hands-on experience in keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid management.Knowledge of A/B testing and optimization techniques for PPC campaigns.Familiarity with SEO principles and how they integrate with PPC efforts.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
