Bachelor’s degree, Prefer MBA in Sales & Marketing Minimum 10 years’ experience in Energy sector, preferably renewable with solar experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft 365 Proficiency in both Written and spoken English and excellent Very good Communication and Listening skills Experience of working internationally and/or in a multi-cultural environment
Job Specification
Duties and Responsibilities
Leads Business Development for Power & Utilities and renewable sector. This includes the commercial & sales development activities such as market Surveys, support to network, proposals, tender etc. Establishes sales strategies to develop business in renewable sector through a deep understanding of the client’s business needs in this market. Development and maintenance of all Energy projects, opportunities & tenders, Full accountability of the sales & Revenue budget output Steers and coordinates market sector tribe / network. Ensures a good level of satisfaction of the clients of the market Identification, preparation and submission of pre-qualification, expression of interest, offers & tenders. This includes offer and contract review. Management and grow with key accounts as may be defined by S&M Director and IND Director. Support BV offices with marketing tools such as presentation material, profile, catalogue, reference list, completion/appreciation letters, etc. Support BV Operations Teams to build local skils and develop competencies for the relevant Services during CAPEX and OPEX phases of projects, from Permitting, to Design & procurement, to Construction & Commissioning, and to Operation of the plant
