We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role will focus on the development and administration of Power Platform solutions, specifically leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager of the Power Platform team and the Power Platform Architect to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

\n\n\nDevelopment & Administration:\n\nDesign, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.\nAdminister the Power Platform environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance with guidance from the power platform architect.\n\nCollaboration & Support:\n\nWork with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency.\nProvide support and troubleshooting for existing Power Platform applications and workflows.\n\nContinuous Improvement:\n\nStay current with the latest Power Platform features and best practices, and apply them to ongoing projects.\nIdentify opportunities for process automation and improvement using RPA in conjunction with Power Platform tools.\n\nDocumentation & Reporting:\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation for developed applications and workflows.\nAssist in preparing reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance metrics.\n\n\n

Qualifications:

\n\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nRelevant Power Platform certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate).\n2+ years of experience in developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.\n\n\n\n\nFamiliarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and tools.\nStrong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.\n\n\n

Preferred Skills:

\n\n\nExperience in integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure services.\nKnowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.\nExperience with Power Platform environments for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related processes.\n\n
