POWER Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for our Power Delivery Project Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical and financial aspects of Power Delivery projects, managing and developing client relationships, and marketing POWER's Power Delivery services to existing and new clients. The location for this role is flexible, with the ability to work remotely from any mutually acceptable location (please note desired location in the application). Preference will be given to candidates in the Philadelphia/Baltimore areas. Employees may travel to a POWER or client office for periodic meetings.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesPromote company culture and manage internal and external relationshipsManage status reporting, invoicing, and accounts receivable for each projectCollaborate with project design teams to execute projects and develop proposals.Provide leadership and mentoring to the project teamDevelop & maintain schedules, lead/participate in status meetings with project teams, oversee budgets, participate in proposal preparation, take leading role in client relationshipsWork primarily with Power Delivery project teams, but may also interface with other disciplines as needed, based on the nature of any particular projectThis position will require some travel to clients within the region.Demonstrated Project Management skills should include CPM scheduling, budget and cost analysis, leading project teams, as well as proposal writing, client marketing, and project presentationsRequired Education/ExperienceBachelor’s degree (or equivalent industry-related experience) from an accredited university required – engineering, Electrical, Civil or Structural preferredMinimum of eight (8) years' applicable industry experienceMinimum of two (2) years' relevant project management experienceRelevant experience includes small- to medium-scale project management, and/or project lead engineering experienceKnowledge and experience with project management processes and tools requiredGeneral understanding of power delivery infrastructure engineering requiredProficiency with financial analysis tools in a utility setting, as well as Microsoft software tools (Word, Excel, Project)Strong leadership and communication skillsDesired Education/ExperienceTen (10) + years of experience leading projects as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in the electric utility environmentRelevant experience includes large-scale project management, and/or project lead engineering experience on large/complex electrical projectsA Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredMinimum of five (5) years' consulting experience preferredFamiliarity with regional utilities in the NorthwestProfessional Engineer (P.E.) registration is desiredProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred

Salary DOE: The pay range for this position is $110k - $160k per year; however, base pay may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This figure does not include additional compensation such as health benefits, vacation, 401k, etc.
