Description We are in search of a Power BI Data Migration Consultant for 3 to 4 months who will be joining our team located in Sarasota, Florida. The selected individual will be instrumental in handling tasks related to data migration and report development using Power BI. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Ideally, our client will prefer this candidate to be on-site in Sarasota full time, or at least hybrid schedule with larger lean to in-office. Responsibilities: • Facilitate the migration of data from legacy systems using your expertise in SQL Server and Power BI. • Develop new reports and modify existing ones using Power BI to enhance data visualization and reporting. • Utilize your skills in MS SQL Server and Microsoft Azure to ensure efficient data migration. • Apply knowledge of Maps API and AB Testing to optimize the presentation of data in reports. • Utilize analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. • Leverage your understanding of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing (BI DW) to improve the efficiency of data migration processes. • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and provide analytical support to the team. • Use your skills in Analytics to enhance the interpretation and understanding of migrated data. • Ensure the accurate processing of customer applications and maintain updated customer records. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on the data analysis. Requirements • Must hold a minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field • Proficiency in data visualization techniques and tools • Experience with Maps API is required • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in AB Testing • Proficiency in ad hoc reporting and analytics • Extensive experience with Power BI is required • Must have knowledge and experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing (BI DW) • Experience in data migration projects • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and MS SQL Server is required • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
