Miller Brothers Staffing is actively seeking a Powder Coating Technician in Western Crawford County. 

Pay - up to $23 an hour based off experience 

Shift - M-F 7am m- 3pm
 

Essential Job Functions:

Prepare parts for coating by sandblasting or using acetone. Correctly coating parts with an understanding of the faraday effect, and how to create a smooth visually appealing coating. Stripping parts using Greensolv to allow for re-application of powder. Ability to keep the area neat and orderly. Ability to lift 50lbs loading and unloading parts from racks. Effectively communicate via email, notes, etc. Looking for an individual that is highly motivated and able to work independently that is interested in long-term employment.

Current Equipment:

Gema Optiflex 6X6X6 Batch Oven Greensolv 80-gallon strip tank

Experience & Education:

Required: At least two years of experience in Powder Coating.

Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent and two years of experience and/or training or equivalent.
