Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Postdoctoral Associate for NJMS- Infectious Diseases. Under direction of a faculty member, performs technical research activities within a laboratory; assists in the conduct of highly specialized and technical research.

Among the key duties of this position are the following: Conducts human immunology experiments and analysis of acquired data. Performs analysis of large immunology and gene expression datasets. Works under minimal supervision and contributes to experimental design. Prepares manuscripts for publication of data generated. Conducts part of the research work in collaborating laboratories at international sites. Assists in training graduate students and technicians and performs other related duties as assigned. Drafts biosafety protocols and amendments. Demonstrates perfect compliance with BSL3 rules and guidelines.
