The right candidate will assist the Post Closing Manager by supervising Post Closing functions. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Manage and supervise employees in the Post Closing Department, including training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, addressing complaints and resolving problems * Monitor department reports and audits as well as MERS daily reports * Review Investor Guidelines, attend Investor kickoff calls * Oversee incoming Trailing Documents, Corrections and Monitor reports and employee production * Work with FNMA and FHLMC certification processes * Provide back-up for mail room duties, scanning, and final document functions * Update department procedures as needed * Provide basic administrative assistance as needed * Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company * Able to travel overnight *Supervisory Responsibilities* * Supervises 2 or more employees *Education and/or Experience* * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) * Three years of related experience and/or training * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications * Proficiency with MS Office and email * Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
