Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manage and supervise employees in the Post Closing Department, including training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, addressing complaints and resolving problems Monitor department reports and audits as well as MERS daily reports Review Investor Guidelines, attend Investor kickoff calls Oversee incoming Trailing Documents, Corrections and Monitor reports and employee production Work with FNMA and FHLMC certification processes Provide back-up for mail room duties, scanning, and final document functions Update department procedures as needed Provide basic administrative assistance as needed Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company Able to travel overnightSupervisory Responsibilities
