Job Description
The role of the Analyst is to provide analytical support, information research, financial modeling, report writing and, work paper organization and management This role requires the Analyst to collaborate with senior team members throughout the consulting process The Analyst gathers and assembles data, using analytical and quantitative methods to analyze performance, identify problems, and develop recommendations that support the client and team goals The Analyst will also assist in preparing and organizing client presentationsResponsibilities:
Work with team members, research, perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, and organize data into logical communication and messages as part of client presentation materialsAssist with real estate and financial modeling, labor cost models and other quantitative projectionsAssist team members, use Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other applicable presentation tools to organize and demonstrate recommended models for client presentationsAttend client presentations to assist and support senior team membersEnter project pipeline updatesHelp with the preparation and scheduling of team-client meetingsSupport and contribute to a collaborative, teamwork environmentRespond to team requests in a timely manner, meeting all team and project deadlinesBuild effective client relationships to help the team meet or exceed client needsMeet all project deadlinesAssist in project tracking and administrationInterpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data for inclusion into client briefings, presentations, and reportsAssist senior team members in the research and development of white papers and industry reportsConnect with other Portfolio Strategy teams to ensure the leveraging of insights and new tools / analytics. Provide feedback and improvement ideas to the other Portfolio Strategy teams to enable continual innovation0-10% travelOther job duties as assignedGeneral Competencies:

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
