The Portfolio Product Manager is an integral player in the success of our products by setting a strategic vision for a collection of products and partnering across the enterprise to drive that vision towards optimal commercial success. You collaborate closely with your fellow Portfolio Teams and collective Product Teams to solve the most important customer problems that are aligned to the company’s goals. You are passionate about strategic alignment and you love seeing how your work drives business growth. A successful Portfolio Product Manager at Paycor will be a natural leader that is research driven, decisive in a fast-paced environment, and always looking into the future to imagine new products and services that customers will need and demand.   
Essential Duties and Responsibilities   • Create and communicate the strategic roadmap for a portfolio of products, ensuring collectively they contribute to moving broad organizational objectives forward, in collaboration with other Portfolios and a cross-functional team of Engineers & Design. • Serve as the business owner of their assigned portfolio of products and services by driving for improved profitability with Marketing, Finance, Sales, Operations, Alliances, and other groups across the company. • Monitor and drive for improved performance of operational metrics for Product Portfolio scorecards: including customer satisfaction, market performance, and Portfolio P&L. • Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative customer feedback, market & competitive analysis, industry trends, and business needs evaluation data to make product decisions for their portfolio of products. • Lead problem discovery efforts by conducting internal stakeholder, customer interviews, and research to validate concepts & solutions. • Serve as an internal spokesperson for the core positioning and messaging of their Portfolio to be used for Marketing, Training, Sales, and other collateral materials. • Network with senior and executive business partners to understand their constraints and goal and make economic trade-offs when difficult constraints are identified. • Operates as a leader in the organization with direct reports.   Requirements   • Bachelor's degree or higher. • 10+ year experience in software Product Management. • 5+ years in SaaS environment • 5+ year domain experience in HCM, Payroll, or HRIS software a plus. • 5+ year experience leading in an Agile environment   Paycor Total Rewards   Take Care of Each Other is one of our Guiding Principles and it’s something we actively pursue through the benefits we offer. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $98,370-167,946. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
