You will be within the team who manage JPMorgan’s Private Bank Clients’ Core multi-asset portfolios, providing support to team leaders alongside portfolio management responsibilities.
The Portfolio Management Group (PMG) is the implementation engine for the Private Bank's discretionary investment business, and is responsible for ensuring that portfolios are managed in accordance with client investment parameters. You will be part of a global team with presence in over 7 locations including London, Geneva, HK and NY. As a Portfolio Manager - Associate in Luxembourg, you will be mainly responsible for supporting PMG IPB head and implementing bank’s various CIO teams’ views to ensure the bank's best investment thinking is reflected consistently in our clients’ accounts
Job responsibilities:
Provide data analytics on all business related development Actively participate in business review discussion Preparation of marketing material Support the team in all aspects of the day-to-day Implement of the Bank’s various CIO teams’ views to ensure the bank's best investment thinking is reflected consistently in our clients’ accounts Develop knowledge of the investment solutions utilized throughout the Private Bank, including, mutual funds, exchange traded funds, structured notes, hedge funds, and separately managed accounts Develop knowledge of each account's unique requirements/sensitivities and effectively translate into portfolio management decisions Monitor accounts for model drift and strategy deviation across asset classes and rebalance portfolios when required Monitor investment vehicle selection and resulting exposures Monitoring cash and security activity in client accounts Communicate PMG trading activity and initiatives to internal clients and partners Maintain effective controls within the governance structure, to mitigate risks and ensure consistencyRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills
Minimum Bachelor's degree of 2:1 (or equivalent) A passion for and understanding of financial markets and investment solutions Experience using Microsoft office programs including excel, power point plus working knowledge of Python Detail orientated and process focused Hard working, ability to operate in a fast-moving and demanding environment Work effectively as part of a global team Initiative, enthusiasm and confidence to complete projects Strong communications skills Embrace new technology to develop scalability of the business Fluency in English is mandatoryPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
