Minimum requirements:
Financial qualification 
B-Degree would be beneficial
Valid driver’s license
Basic accounting concepts
Reconcile and prepare account statements for payment
Responsible for receiving, auditing of council accounts
Attend monthly management meetings with clients
Prepare management reports for clients
Ensure strict credit control
