Position Summary:
As a Portfolio Manager, you will lead the Product Management team of the Business Unit. In this role you will be responsible for defining our Product strategy, to ensure delivery of above-market organic growth by identifying the best opportunities in the market as well as developing the next generation of Tools in collaboration with the Global Tool Unit to allow the Business Unit to reach full potential.
Primary responsibilities:
Expert in Discover / Research projects: with reporting in clear Business Case output Accountable for Market Share / Segmentation / end user buying behaviour to continue to optimize product rangeDefine & track and influence innovation and design and drive the path to full potentialProvide project management tools to the Product Manager team to have an efficient and effective execution Drive Opportunity Projects through Discovery Phase with support from Product Managers.Close relationship with Key Stakeholders to ensure progress on projectsIdentify and manage risks and important decisions to meet the targetsResponsible for building opportunity lists through research of current Market and end users:.Experience and skills:
Strategic Marketing expertSolid Engineering level understanding of End User.Expert on UKN Building Regulations and Trends: analyze new markets/ applications and trends.Ability to analyse and interpret data to make strategic decisions based on resultsCreative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindsetCustomer First approach and a Growth Mindset in everything you doStrong people management skills and proven track record to motivate and engage team members through changesExperience from working in an international environment (English at professional level).Prepared to travel as required
