The Position

The EP Portfolio & Tender Manager is accountable for the EP portfolio accounts management and tender performance within your assigned affiliate. This role offers a driven and entrepreneurial individual an opportunity to enhance their commercial expertise while working in a network squad setup. 

The EP Portfolio & Tender Manager is pivotal in executing the business plan and pursuing accounts and tender opportunities for our products. This self-starter role requires a comprehensive understanding of key accounts management and analysis, with a focus on coverage and reimbursement, payer policies, pricing, formulary listings, and market trends. Additionally, the Manager identifies potential barriers to provider and patient access, actively managing business accounts and tender processes to ensure successful product adoption.

This role will be required to locate in the assigned market while the APAC Established Products Squad (EPS) is a location-agnostic team composed of members from affiliates throughout the APAC region. The squad is responsible for managing and improving the performance of the EP portfolio in the partnered affiliate

Responsibilities

As an EP Squad Member:

Together with other EP squad and network members, define short and mid-term EPS outcomes in alignment with EPS vision, long-term outcomes and Roche 2030 vision.

Proactively contribute to the achievement of defined EPS outcomes and linked success metrics.

Actively participate and contribute to the squad practice of self-management and self-authored learning to accelerate growth and foster high-performance culture. 

Proactively share market and customer knowledge by adopting defined systems and forums for retention and dissemination.

Partner mindfully with affiliates, ensuring efficiency and transparency and never compromising their customer and business accountabilities (reputation, trust, licence to operate, etc).

Lead Work Packages through effective communication, scope management, technical expertise, critical thinking and problem-solving. 

As an EP Portfolio & Tender Manager:

Drive local tactical plans execution to promote, engage customers and pursue new accounts while supporting portfolio business.

Engagement with Associations to support marketing plan execution such as but not limited to symposium, HCPs sponsorship and products events

Collaborate with PJP to engage hospital management and PTC for hospitals listings and tender negotiations

Orchestrate and lead different functions to optimize the listing of Roche products.

Drive value-based procurement and tender initiatives to demonstrate value beyond costs.

Work collaboratively with HSP to support value-based healthcare (VBHC) policy.

Develop outcome-based dossiers for procurement at the account level.

Build seamless data systems to analyze value and outcomes versus costs.

Drive quality improvements to enhance patient outcomes and experiences within accounts

Demonstrate the clinical value of originators versus biosimilars and original companies versus generic companies.

Experience:

At least 3 years of working experience in the Thailand pharmaceutical industry with an understanding of the healthcare system, regulations, processes, and governance.

Strong business acumen with expertise in commercialization and customer experience excellence.

Excellent customer engagement and management skills, able to negotiate effectively to align customer and Roche objectives.

Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

System thinker and deep listener.

Proficient in leveraging digital tools for stakeholder benefit.

Experience in agile ways of working is desired.
