Portfolio Administrator

In partnership with our client, Sedgwick Ireland is seeking an Italian Speaking Portfolio Administrator for an immediate start.

Contract: Immediate – Six months

Location: Dublin City Centre – hybrid working model.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and servicing of the insurance business ensuring that superior client service is achieved in line with terms and conditions of the different products as well as legal and regulatory requirements.

 Processing and reconciliation of incoming new business

 Processing and quality controlling of processed claims

 Processing of post-sales requests

 Performing 1st level AML controls and follow-ups on New Business,

Investigate and resolve Process Issues/anomalies  in coordination with IT department,

 2nd level support to Customer Service Department,

 Support new products and features development and testing,

 Assist in the development and maintenance of departmental processes and procedures,

 Assist in the design, development and monitoring of Company Dashboards and control tools;

 Investment simulations for Asset Managers.

 Liaising with external service providers and monitoring their service and efficiency as delegated by the up-line

The Candidate:

Previous Administration experience

Experience in the life insurance sector would be an advantage

Fluent Italian Speaker

Good organisation, with a focus on accuracy and attention to details

Ability to work on multiple and complex tasks simultaneously and to tight deadlines

Able to take on responsibility in a multicultural environment

Strongly analytical skills

Ability in troubleshooting and problem-solving with hands-on approach

Strong commitment to quality with a passion for excellence

Flexible and proactive
