Responsibilities

The Porter reports to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property.

Maintain cleanliness of the common areas, hallways, and restroomsClean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collectionAssist with furniture placement in the common areas and individual unitsRemove snow and spread salt in inclement weatherAssist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisorAssist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor
