**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Maintain customer portals.
+ Responsible for service new customer setup.
+ Direct portal customer contact including preparing required customer documentation.
+ Assist collection of service ticket invoices.
+ Collaborate with A/R team members to assist payments and resolve any outstanding portal issues.
+ Maintain weekly portal note imports that provide payment status for A/R team.
+ Communicate with A/R analysts on any rejected invoices that involve portals that are currently managed.
+ Periodically serve as an additional resource for the indexing team.
+ Ensure that all portal entry customers and tasks are documented and up to date with an approved SOP.
+ Assigned additional projects or tasks as needed.
+ Communicate with personnel to resolve issues related to invoicing.
+ Work with senior team members to resolve customer rejections.
+ Research and uncover root cause analysis for billing discrepancies and communicate effectively with the department to ensure accurate billing, as well as identify areas for improvement within the billing process.
+ Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ At least one year of related collection experience is required.
+ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar billing role is a plus.
