As a Mastercard AR Portal Administration, you will play a critical role in our mission to enable secure and convenient transactions while safeguarding financial ecosystems. You will join a dynamic team focused on managing and optimizing our Portal processes to ensure the smooth operation of our payment network.
Role
As an AR Portal Administration, your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee the portal activities related to outstanding payments and debts within the organization. You will be responsible for on-boarding process for portals and ensuring invoices compliant with relevant regulations and internal policies.
\tAssist in the onboarding process for customers into payment and invoicing portals.
\tSet up and maintain accurate customer profiles in relevant portals.
\tCoordinate with customers to ensure all portal requirements are met (documentation, authentication, etc.)
\tTroubleshoot and resolve portal-related issues promptly.
\tUpload invoices and credit notes to customer portals with accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
\tVerify upload invoices to ensure alignment with customer requirements and company policies.
\tServe as the primary point of contact for portal-related queries from customers and internal teams.
\tLiaise with internal stakeholders, such as Account Managers, Sales, Product Owners, to gather and validate customer specific information.
\tEnsure timely communication with customers regarding portal updated, changes or issues.
\tIdentify inefficiencies in the portal onboarding and invoice upload processes and recommend improvements.
\tMaintain documentation of procedures, best practices, and troubleshooting steps.
\tEnsure compliance with company policies, data protection standards, customer requirements during all processes.
\tGenerate and distribute reports on portal activities, including upload statuses, error resolutions, and customer feedback.
\tRegular calibration with GBSC Collections ensuring portals on track to generate payment of revenue.
All About You
\tEducation: A bachelor’s degree in finance, business or a related field is preferred.
\tCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues.
\tNegotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve outstanding balances.
\tAttention to Detail. A meticulous approach to record – keeping and data accuracy is crucial.
\tAnalytical Abilities: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to draw insights from data.
\tCompliance Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the Portal field.
\tCustomer Focus: A customer -centric mindset and the ability to handle challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy.
