You’ll play a key role in facilitating seamless interactions that lead to valuable outcomes using Polk data. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences! Your Responsibilities: Organize and manage reports for account status meetings to keep everything running smoothly. Help clean up and organize Salesforce data to streamline our processes. Shadow Customer Success Managers and assist with meeting recaps using AI tools. Attend meetings, compile detailed recaps, and track action items to boost team efficiency. Set up and organize internal workflows to enhance productivity. What We’re Looking For: You’re currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field. You have strong written and verbal communication skills that help you connect with others. You’re detail-oriented and thrive on organization and efficiency. You possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You’re adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. You know how to build strong working relationships in a collaborative setting.
