THE JOB:

It is the responsibility of the part time Poker Room Dealer to perform the act of dealing and running a game in a professional manner while providing excellent guest service. You will also play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.  

THE STARTING RATE: $5.55 an hour + tips

DAY TO DAY:

Conduct and assist with the operation of Poker gamesMaintain a helpful and courteous atmosphere during the gameEnsure accuracy of table bank, table pot, and table rakeVerbalize player instructions, rules, or any other information as required in the procedure of the gamePromote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs and respond effectively to guest inquiriesNotify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, unnatural or irregular play, missing items, or alleged theft

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Takes pride in their workDescribes themselves as detail-orientedExhibits 1+ years of poker dealing experience in a similar resort settingCan handle multiple tasks at one timeStrong listening and problem solving skillsMust be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming PermitLooks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences
