PMO Specialist

The position:
We are seeking a dynamic Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist to join our team for a temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will have background in project management within the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated industry, demonstrating a proven track record of leading and supporting projects to successful completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills, who can effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement PMO processes and policies and monitor their compliance and quality impact to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
+ Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
+ Coordinate and manage project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, and cost.
+ Analyze project risks, opportunities, and issues effectively, and recommend solutions.
+ Maintain project documentation and ensure all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
+ Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff.
+ Provide guidance, direction, and support to project managers and teams.
+ Foster collaboration and communication among project teams and stakeholders.
+ Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in project management and the pharmaceutical industry.
+ Preparation of transfer documents under GMP standards (in Italian language)
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is preferred
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in a PMO role within the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated industry
+ Understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels
+ Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
