Your responsibilities would include:
Driving PMO activities for regional/global projects Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables. Analyzing financial data, including projects budgets, and resource allocation. Managing stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interest Providing regular project status reports to all levels off management (incl. top management) Tracking project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliverables. Supporting project teams in mitigating risks and resolving issues that impact project timelines and deliverables. Facilitating continuous improvement by applying lessons learned and industry best practices. Coordinating communication across project teams, departments, and leadership to ensure alignment.
You are a good candidate if you have:
University degree/Masters in Economics, Finance or Business Administration 5+ years of working experience in complex projects contributing to the development and delivery of program management and governance activities Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Customer-centric mindset, ability to understand voice of the customer and convert it into meaningful and impactful actions & initiatives Exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Ability to approach senior stakeholders using appropriate level of detail and terminology Team player able to work collaboratively with and through others. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure Self-driven, requiring minimum supervision Fluent English required

Effective negotiation skills, ability to manage and influence stakeholders outside the Program and getting their support for initiatives Ability to balance standard vs customised program and stakeholder needs Ability to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity, shifting priorities and time pressure, proactive in identifying and solving problems/issue.
Nice to have:
Relevant Project Management certification (e.g. P3M, PMBoK, PRINCE)
