PMO Analyst
Our Wimborne, UK business unit is growing! We are looking for a PMO Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team to provide expertise, support, and reporting for the Project Management function. The purpose of the role is to standardise and introduce economies of repetition in the execution through all phases of projects, and is the source of templates, guidance, and metrics on the good practice of project management and project execution.
The PMO Analyst is responsible for providing timely reports and PMO delivery of responsibilities and supporting the Portfolio and Programme Managers with tools and a supporting library of documents to support compliance to the Business Management System.

**Your Challenge:**
+ Provision of reporting and metrics to follow the periodic reporting and data needs of the Project, Programme and Portfolio (P3O) stakeholders
+ Project Planning:
+ Provision of templates in Primavera and Microsoft Project
+ Provision of templates and guidance to support project reporting of Earned Value Management (EVM)
+ Assessment of Project Schedule health against industry standards
+ Cost estimation:
+ 3 point estimating and Monte Carlo calculations
+ Analogous estimation
+ Bid support
+ Management support, through investigation and review:
+ Cost anomalies
+ Slippage and variance investigation
+ Risk review
+ Standardisation of Project Management templates and supporting documents, and championing templates through formal release
+ Generation and maintenance of on-boarding training materials for new Project Professional staff
+ Development and support of the PMO tool set
+ Supporting business functions such as Finance, Head of Programmes as required
+ Supporting the business through the Month End revenue recognition process and forecasting for future month(s)
+ Producing KPI’s as required by the HoP and/or QA
+ Administrative support to Project / Programme Reviews
**What You Bring:**
+ **Applicants must be able to obtain a suitable UKSV security clearance.**
+ **Security contractual compliance will require incumbents must be a British National.**
+ Excellent Project Management domain knowledge, desirable to have project Management experience.
+ Strong stakeholder management skills, working across multiple departments.
+ Strong estimating ability.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and make decisions
+ Good oral and written communication.
+ Desirable to hold Project Management qualification (PMI, APM or global equivalent).
+ Experience within a regulated industry is desirable.
+ Highly ethical behaviour that instils trust.
+ Analytical thinker who makes quality decisions.
+ Can confidently challenge with authority within area of domain knowledge.
