Roles & Responsibilities
• Collaborate with various departments in AESL team to assess their needs and provide support / inputs to CPAG head for proposing effective decision-making and risk management.
• Responsible for assisting the CPAG Head in designing and deploying the CPAG Projects Governance Charter on the following:
o Time – Scheduling
o Cost – Budgeting and Cost Controls
o Contract Management and Supply Chain Management
o Technology Selection, Deployment and Adoption
o Resource Planning and Allocation
o Capacity and Capability Planning
• Responsible for announcing and co-ordinating the Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Half Yearly and Annual project review meetings.
• Responsible for studying and highlighting all the critical aspects of the reports being submitted by projects team as well as vendors well in advance prior to the review meetings.
• Responsible for recording the discussions of the review meetings and disseminating the record notes / minutes to all stakeholders.
• Responsible for follow up mails / discussions to all stakeholders for seeking the information / data w.r.t. to the Review Meetings.
• Responsible for Cross Functional co-ordination for closure of the open items
• Assisting in preparation of the data, reports, and presentations for CPAG Head.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Knowledge of Primavera is an added advantage.
Experiences
• 6-10 years’ experience in Project management and Assurance
• Should have preliminary experience in Project Execution / Project Management / Cost Controls / Techno-commercial / Contracts Management
• Should have handled the role in the office of Projects Head in managing and running the office.
• Understanding of Project Life Cycles / Project Budgets & Costs / Critical Path Monitoring
• High proficiency in Data Analysis, Developing Inferences with hands on ability to prepare presentations and reports.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
