Salary Range: $92,000 - $145,000 annually

Plumbing Project Manager Responsibilities
Manages project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scopeManages and motivates foreman, field technicians, and office administration, fostering a positive and collaborative working environmentQuotes customers based on site visits and information from field techniciansTracks project milestones and deliverablesPrepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trendsCreates and manages project budgetsMonitors and controls project expenses, tracking costs against the budgetEstablishes and executes a project communication planAssigns duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnelStays informed about and ensures compliance with relevant plumbing codes, regulations, and standardsObtains necessary permits and approvals for the projectTracks and closes out permits to ensure jobs are closed out efficientlyIdentifies and addresses issues or conflicts within the project team promptlyImplements and enforces quality control processes to ensure work meets company standards and client expectationsEnsures that the client's needs and expectations are met or exceededActs as the primary point of contact between the company and the clientStays informed about industry advancements and shares relevant information with the teamFinds new opportunities to grow sales selling projects to both new and existing customers
Plumbing Project Manager Qualifications
At least 3 years’ experience in Plumbing ContractingMust be familiar with NYC DOB Plumbing Code and permitting processAbility to manage multiple jobs at one timeLeadership experience in managing and working with othersValid Driver’s License to operate company vehicles
