RESPONSIBILITIES + Keep the venue safe, clean, neat, and orderly at all times . + Assist in maintaining the venue plumbing system and restrooms + Respond to plumbing issues during concerts (nights and weekends) and repair on site + Repair and replace basic restroom and concession stand plumbing parts (flushometers, sink faucets, 3 bay sink drains, etc) + Replace toilets and urinals as needed + Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. + Perform regular preventive maintenance . + Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties. + Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. + Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
