This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work on diverse machinery and control panels across various industries. **Why You’ll Love This Role:** + **Full autonomy** – Dispatched from home daily, you control your schedule. + **Salary:** $80,000–$100,000, based on experience. + **Top-tier benefits:** + Company vehicle provided. + Outstanding health insurance with **low out-of-pocket costs** and minimal payroll contributions. + Opportunities for career growth in a dynamic and innovative work environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair** industrial PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and control components. + **Modify, reprogram, and optimize PLCs** to enhance system performance. + **Break/fix services** for control systems, with some preventative maintenance tasks. + **Commission and start up** industrial control systems, instrumentation, and variable frequency drives (VFDs). + **Perform control system upgrades and modifications** as required. + **Interpret and evaluate electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.** + **Work directly with clients** to build trust, communicate effectively, and ensure satisfaction. + **Maintain detailed service reports, work orders, and client approvals.** + **Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols** while servicing equipment. **What You Need to Succeed:** + **Extensive hands-on experience programming, troubleshooting, and fixing PLCs and industrial control systems.** + Strong knowledge of **industrial automation, control panels, and variable frequency drives.** + Ability to evaluate and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings. + Self-directed with excellent organizational skills. + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. + Experience with **Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or other leading PLC brands.** + Hands-on experience with **HMI and SCADA systems.** **Interested?
