PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述

中专学历制造行业电镀岗位任职至少5年，熟悉滚镀锌/锌镍/锌铁电镀工艺以及操作自动化电镀生产线良好的沟通能力，人员管理和配置能力。能够阅读技术图纸，管理团队，完成制造产量和质量目标。Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001, QC080000 and HSF is preferred.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

编排电镀生产计划并按计划实施，FA/急货安排跟进；本部门人员安排，考勤，纪录管理；协调安排及监督本部门人员保质保量按期完成生产任务，控制NCR和报废品，生产线正常稳定运行；实施电镀设备日常保养；严格遵守与生产有关的各项工作规章、制度，并负责对本班人员进行:5S及安全生产/首检/自检/设备日常点检表等必要的培训；协调本部门内不同班组间的合作关系；及时向本部门主管汇报生产进程，及生产过程中遇到的问题等，并服从上司的安排；实施生产力提高，成本降低等生产线持续改善项目；带领团队遵守EHS的要求，并确保现场管理符合环境、健康和安全管理要求，实施三级教育培训，日常安全检查，积极改善风险点；熟悉所在区域各工序，制定各工序作业指导书；员工绩效考核各数据收集反馈及评比；确保所有班次的生产作业都安排有负责确保产品要求符合性的负责人员
