**Job Title** Platform Specialist **Job Description Summary** The Platform Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the Valuation & Advisory Services team by ensuring operational excellence, enhancing administrative systems, and contributing to marketing and event initiatives. This position requires a high level of organization, creativity, and collaboration to manage various administrative, design, communication, and project management tasks effectively. **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities** **Administrative Support & Coordination** + Manage scheduling, prepare agendas, and coordinate meetings with input from key stakeholders. + Process confidential materials and maintain electronic files using SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. + Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as appraisal license renewals for stakeholders. + Handle travel arrangements, including booking, coordination, and expense reporting. + Act as a delegate to approve and advance organizational tasks on behalf of stakeholders. **Process Improvement & Collaboration** + Develop and implement administrative best practices to optimize workflows. + Collaborate with Center of Excellence (CoE) teammates and internal teams to address business needs and enhance operational efficiency. **Graphic Design & Branding** + Create visually compelling graphics and marketing materials for social media, presentations, brochures, and events. + Ensure all materials align with company brand standards and effectively convey key messaging. **Presentation Development** + Design and update high-quality presentations for internal meetings, client pitches, and conferences. + Work closely with senior leadership to tailor content for maximum impact. **Event Planning & Management** + Plan, organize, and execute internal and external events, including conferences, seminars, and client gatherings. + Coordinate all logistics, vendor management, marketing collateral, registration, and post-event follow-up. **Marketing & Communication** + Draft and distribute email campaigns and newsletters using internal systems. + Collaborate with marketing, research, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive and engaging content. **Special Projects & Support** + Develop forms, surveys, and complex spreadsheets to support business initiatives. + Track, maintain, and report on stakeholder licensing and continuing education requirements. + Assist with ad hoc projects and provide general support to key stakeholders as needed. **Qualifications** **Education & Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. + 3+ years of experience in administrative support, marketing, or event management roles. **Skills & Competencies** + Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, and internal communication tools like Microsoft Teams. + Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media management tools. + Knowledge of branding and design principles. \#Remote #LIRemote #remotejobs #remotework Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
