We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Lead to join our team at Amaris Consulting. With a focus on clinical trials, the ideal candidate will bring 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a strong background in project and people management, as well as leadership capabilities. This position is based in Belgium and is offered on an Undetermined Duration Contract basis, inviting seasoned professionals to lead with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact ffor all aspects related to the management of outsourced Medical Data Review services.

Ensure the delivery of services meets expectations in terms of quality and timelines.

Identify and communicate any alerts regarding costs, quality of services, timelines, resources, and study-related risks promptly.

Manage the vendor’s medical review resources, including the evaluation/review of need for additional resources, transferring resources between projects/studies, and hiring new Medical Data Reviewers.

Oversee the day-to-day management of people, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management of vendor’s medical reviewers.

Contribute to the improvement of the platform model.

Manage timesheet and invoice activities related to the services provided.

About You

As the ideal candidate for the Platform Lead position, you are a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the clinical trial process and regulatory requirements, including GCP guidelines. Your experience spans 7 to 10 years, with a significant portion dedicated to managing teams and projects in a related field. You are adept at navigating the challenges of outsourced service management and possess the leadership skills necessary to guide and develop a team of medical data reviewers.

Skills and Qualifications:

7 to 10 years of experience in clinical trials, with a strong focus on project and people management.

Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GCP guidelines.

Proven ability to manage outsourced services and ensure compliance with quality and timeline expectations.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Experience in managing, coaching, and mentoring a team of medical data reviewers.

Ability to identify risks and issues promptly and communicate them effectively.

Skilled in resource management, including the evaluation and reallocation of resources as needed.

Competency in managing timesheet and invoice activities.

A commitment to continuous improvement in platform model operations.
