**Job Title** : Platform Implementation Specialist (Temp to Hire) **Location** : Preferred: New York City or San Francisco **Work Hours** : Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST **Pay Rate** : $ 43.33/hour **About the Role** : The Platform Implementation Specialist will oversee onboarding and implementation for Online Ordering merchants. **Responsibilities** : + Lead merchant onboarding and implementation. + Train merchants on Online Ordering products and features. + Troubleshoot issues, escalating to product and engineering as needed. + Develop training materials for merchants. + Collaborate with sales and strategy teams to improve merchant success. **Qualifications** : + 3-5 years in onboarding, implementation, or project/account management. + Strong communication and presentation skills. + Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. + Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. **Pay Details:** $43.33 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
